Health Benefits of Honey and Cinnamon

* Honey and Cinnamon for Heart diseases- One must make a paste of cinnamon and honey and apply it on bread or chapatti and have it for breakfast every day. When taken 3 times in day it cures patients suffering from chronic cholesterol. * Honey and Cinnamon for Colds – Take about 1 tablespoonful lukewarm honey with about 1/4th spoonful of cinnamon powder for about 3 days.
