My First Giveaway With the Amazing EmersonMade

Elegant Dress

If You Haven't Heard About EmersonMade, Then You Must Be Living Under a Rock

We finally got our first snow here yesterday and my kids were beyond excited. As for me, all I wanted to do is snuggle with a warm cup of tea under my new faux fur throw. Today, however I have to bundle up in warm layers and brace the frigid weather outside. I am really loving this look by Blake Lively. Such a lovely combination of different textures, colors and I love the various lengths of her layers. I don't think I can pull this look myself but she looks so effortlessly chic... Those Michael Kors suede boots are to die for...

I am in love with what I've seen so far of the Burberry Prorsum Pre Fall 2014 Collection. Christopher Bailey didn't disappoint his fans once again - such a subtle stylish collection with some interesting details. His coats are fabulous, as usual, and the long evening dresses and flared pants are so elegant. I am now officially on a hunting mission for a pair of similar leg-elongating black flared pants - they are so versatile and can take me from day to night.

This Post is About One of My Greatest Loves of All - EmersonMade

I am beyond thrilled and excited to present you my first giveaway ... (drumroll please) coming to you from the amazing shop of the one and only one EmersonMade. You probably know by now that I am in love with everything Emerson makes - from their flower pins and fabulous pattern clutches, to chic blouses and retro-inspired jeans. When I select gifts I always attempt to pick something special, something the receiver would entirely enjoy and I did the same here - I wanted to bring in some joy to all of you, my dear readers.

For this giveaway I picked one of these fabulous School Bloom and Lucky Clutches - and it can be all yours. Isn't it stunning? And the best part is that you can detach the bloom and wear it in so many different ways. Are you ready to impress?

My family is visiting with us for the holidays and this past Sunday I decided to treat everyone to some amazing light and oh so delicious crepes. I am really not sure why crepes are not so popular here in the United States. They are such an elegant breakfast food and you can make them sweet or savory depending on the filling of your choice. I usually prefer them sweet and some of my favorite add-ins are homemade strawberry, cherry or fig preserve, nutella and fresh strawberries, honey and chopped nuts. You might think they are intimidating, but honestly they are not so hard to make.

There is rarely a brand or a clothing line that I fine where I adore every single item of it. When it comes to EmersonMade, I love it all - from their chic clothing line to the shoes, to the clucthes and the fabulous flower pins that started it all.

Not only is their clothing so beautiful and chic but the photography is equally stunning. Their photos are both whimsy and classy, just like the gorgeous Emerson who models all of her own clothing and accessories herself.

I am dreading the long week ahead of me (actually it is not longer than normal but it is going to seem that way after the short week we just had). I am super busy in the morning and I barely have 5 minutes to get dressed and ready for work and I am not one of those women that prepare their outfits from the night before. So, I decided to get some inspiration from one of my favorite girls out there - AnnaLynne McCord. I am loving how she embraces the menswear inspired trend this season. She is rocking it like no one else and with a great dose of attitude.

AnnaLynne was seen on several different occasions recently wearing sleek neck ties and looking absolutely fabulous.

The UGGs have conquered the world and there is that strong love it or hate it relationship with them. Some people loathe them and some love them, and then there is that huge population in the middle that think the UGGs are ugly but still wear them because after all these are some of the most comfortable and warmest boots out there.

When I first heard about the Jimmy Choo and UGG collaboration months ago, I didn't know what to make of it. I couldn't even picture what the boots would look like - shearling suede stiletto boots? Kind of weird...

So, they are here now - the Jimmy Choo UGGs - and first I wasn't sure if I liked them but the more I see them in all of the fashion magazines, the more I am starting to love them and if their price tag wasn't that steep, I would have definitely gotten myself a pair.
