How to use Breathing Techniques for Weight Loss
(A) Relax yourself with Deep Breathing
- Exhale all the air out.
- Inhale slowly
- Hold inhale for six seconds.
- Exhale for six seconds.
- Remember do not slouch with your exhale.
(B) Its Energy Time of Deep Breathing
- Exhale all the air out.
- Inhale slowly
- Hold your breath for 8 to 10 seconds
- Exhale through mouth for 8 seconds
- Hold your breath for 8 to 10 seconds
(C) Alternate Nostril
- Sit straight
- Place left hand on left knee.
- Place the tip of right middle finger and index finger between eyebrows.
- Place right thumb on right nostril
- Place right ring finger on left nostril.
- Now close right nostril and exhale through the left nostril.
- Now close left nostril and exhale through right nostril.
- Now close left nostril and breathe in through your right nostril.
(D) Breath of Fire
- Sit up very straight.
- Exhale all the air out
- Inhale slowly
- Purse your lips and make strong but short exhalations
