Healthy living perhaps the desire of everyone, but we live in the world that toxins is very rampant. From the environment we exist to the food we eat it contains toxins and pollutants that can impair our health. As well, we live that seems like we are racing against the world, we live in a busy world that makes us forgetful to do something that is healthy for us like exercise.
The advancement of technology helps every individual to become dull and inactive. Television can keep us long hours of seating in front of it watching movies and our favorite sitcoms. The invention and cars and motorcycles limit people to walk even in a short distance. The introduction of washing machine keeps the person to wash their clothes manually. And computers keep us long hours of gaming, chatting and watching videos usually along with unhealthy foods and drinks. Undeniably, in the present age many people suffer diseases called lifestyle disease. And these are cancer, heart problems, liver and kidney failures, hypertension and impotence to name a few. These diseases are results of our unhealthy habit, eating unhealthy foods, eating male in inappropriate time, inactive lifestyle and lack of exercise, drinking sweetened drinks and sodas, cigarette and alcoholism, and more.
Among these diseases perhaps the very common and fearsome among men is the impotence or ED. Although this condition is not deadly but the fact that it can embarrass and affects your manhood no men wants of it. This condition is attributed by the inability of man to meet up the opposite partner and the inability of man to impregnate a woman. Obviously it's a great insult to your manhood; this can create embarrassment in front of your colleagues and friends. As well it will lead to disappointment with your partner and causes you in to frustration.
However, this condition nowadays is treatable, there are numbers of treatments are now available in the market, from over-the-counter medicine to natural and herbal supplements that able man to cope up with this kind of condition.
As what I have stated earlier that these are considered as lifestyle diseases, so meaning we suffer those condition because of our unhealthy lifestyle most probably. So the answer and the solution of these health problems are not quite difficult it's just a matter of lifestyle change. Perhaps this is very difficult yet hard to practice with but this is the safest and cheapest way to bring back our health. Therefore we should start eating healthy and live actively today.
