Heathy Eating. At times when you are faced with a stressful situation, what you eat determines your energy level. Your body needs more nutrients to sustain energy while under stress.

Stress also affects how your body absorbs nutrients. One of the essential vitamins needed by the body during stress is vitamin C. Vitamin C is a bit of stress cause your energy levels to drop and you feel tired and easily fatigued. Even the immune system is weak enough.

Stress can also thicken the blood. That's why some people with stress, their blood pressure. They must be very careful, especially when they are old because it can cause a stroke or heart attack.

Coffee, tea with caffeine and sugar can add too much stress. You may get temporary relief when, but not a good practice in general. They will negatively affect you in the long run, because too much sugar and caffeine affect your blood sugar. So, instead of drinking coffee, soda or eat candy during stress, take vitamins and minerals.

The best source of vitamins and minerals, natural, fresh fruits and vegetables. Some fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C are oranges, apples, watermelons. Vegetable sources of tomatoes, red and green peppers, spinach, to name a few. Carrots and green leafy vegetables and others is another source for your daily intake of nutrients.

Some of the blood thinner that is both red onion, garlic, peppermint and cinnamon. If you want to increase your energy level so try and avoid coffee and sweets. They will help yes, but not really good for you because they do not contain essential nutrients for your body.

Carbohydrates are a good source of energy. You can use wheat, low fat dairy products and nuts.

Healthy eating as a whole will maintain your energy level of the best and help you deal with the effects of stress.
