Again many will think it isn't good as its acidic. But it is far from the truth. As it is full of bromelain. Helping to deal with arthritis.

These foods is very low in the c protein which helps cause rheumatoid arthritis So eating these foods means more flexibility.

Lobster.

Lobster is a great source of vitamin E. Meaning that is great in dealing with symptoms of arthritis.

Peanut butter

It is rich in Vitamin B3. Vitamin B3 is a good for flexibility of joints. Making it a super food in the fight against arthritis.

Salmon.

Salmon is a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Making it very good in the fight against arthritis as it reduces swelling.
