How to Boost Your Immunity

Some parts of the world celebrate the return of summer, while others feel the cold of winter. Winter that is associated with being unwell and dealing with low body immunity. Today I am sharing some tips and advice on having a healthier immune system.

Ph means power of hydrogen. The complete ph ranges from 1 up to 14. Neutral is considered to be 7. For us it should be slightly alkaline. 7.30 to 7.45. When there is too much acid on the body, our immune systems struggle to fight infections and diseases. So we become ill at a quicker pace. Stress, poor diet, not doing exercise, when using too much sugar coffee or tea. Helps to build up acid levels.

We have to consider our diet if we want to keep acid levels in balance.

Foods we should avoid (Acid creating foods, not good for you)

Alkaline foods (Good for you)

Water that is filtered, spinach, carrots, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, olives,eggplant, cabbage, sweet potatoes, green beans, apples, lemons, fish and almonds.

Vitamin B complex, vitamin C both help to boost immune system, helping you stay healthier. In the process creating a strong barrier against illnesses and bacteria.
