It is possible that you have a magnesium deficiency. Consider having some coffee, raw almond nuts, fruits, greens and seeds.
Salty foods
When we crave salty foods. Its more the crunch we crave when we are angry or stressed. When we crave popcorn it means we have stress hormone fluctuations. It can also mean a deficiency in chloride or essential fatty acids. It is good to have oily foods like flaxseeds, nuts and olives. Also good to eat leafy greens.
