Health Tips: How To Get Good Skin

Radient, tone and complection can be achieved through a strict, daily ragime. A simple cleansing and moistorising ragime will improove natural color, texture, and appearance of the skin.

Follow these basic steps to get beautiful, soft hollywood quality skin.

Wash and dry your skin daily

By keeping your skin clean you are also keeping it healthy. You need to find a good cleanser for your skin type and stick with it. It is best to avoid using bars of soap, as they tend to dry out your skin. Most good cleansers contain water, oil and “surfactants”. The surfactants dissolve make-up and dirt, the oil dissolves oils on your face and the water washes it away.

It’s just a case of finding the right balance of oil. If there is too much it will clog your pours, too little and your skin will dry out. This is why you need to know your skin type. If you want to get good skin you need to use lukewarm water to rinse your face with and then dry with a clean towel. Hot or clod water can cause broken capillaries. Also be careful not to over cleanse, once or twice a day at most. lll Finally the best way to wash your face is to remove makeup with a proper makeup remover.

Use warm water to open pours and loosen dirt, use about a dime-sized amount of cleanser, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Should I use a toner?

Its up to you if you use a toner, many skin experts say that they are not necessary but many people swear by them. Toners are meant to remove any dirt, oil and make up left behind from cleansing. But any good cleanser should do this. So my advice to you is if you like to use one and you enjoy doing so, then carry on. Use a moisturizer after you have cleansed and toned

To get good skin you need to use the right moisturizer for your skin type, many people don’t and this can cause blocked pores, blackheads and even spots. There are moisturizers for all skin types, sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin and normal skin. Make sure you have the correct one for your skin and apply after you have cleansed and toned (if using). That way your pours are open and the moisturizer will soak in better. For glowing skin exfoliate once a week

Just exfoliating your skin with a basic scrub can take off the top layer of dead skin and restore the glow to your complexion. You can also go as far as to have a chemical peal or use a microdermabrasion kit to achieve radiant, younger looking skin. This should be done less frequently, at most once every 4 – 6 weeks if not longer. &n

Apply Sun Screen

If you truly want to know hot to get good skin then you need to take this step seriously. Sun damage causes wrinkles, simple as that. So if you use sun block from your early years you have a much better chance of keeping healthy younger looking skin in to your later years. A good tip is, instead of using a moisturizer and a sun block, buy two moisturizers, one with UV protection for the day and one without for the night. Its best not to moisturise with sun block at night, as the ingredients are not meant to be used 24/7.
