DIET IS BAD FOR YOUR HEART

A high sugar, low fiber diet. (Pizza, bread, rice, pasta)

Potassium ratio is high in sodium. (Salted foods, low intake of fruits and vegetables)

A diet low in calcium and magnesium. (Low intake of dairy products)

Rich in saturated fats and low in essential fatty diet. (High intake of fast foods and red meat, low intake of fish and nuts)

Select the type of carbohydrate

Ask yourself if you find it difficult to obtain without these foods - cakes, candies, chocolates, cakes, etc.

If you do, it's time to slowly decline.

Eat more whole grains, bran, wheat, citrus, tomatoes, bean sprouts, mushrooms, cabbage, cauliflower and lettuce. Make soup with fresh vegetables every day.Regularly eating meat, poultry and fish.

Soda is a major cause of obesity and cardiovascular disease. Just try and replace it with plain old water!

MINERAL MANIA

Lack of calcium, magnesium and potassium can increase blood pressure. Reduce sodium intake, and replacement of common salt, sea salt, which contains an abundance of minerals. Magnesium is associated with heart health.

Non-fat milk, yogurt and fish are the best way to get extra calcium without the saturated fat. If you take a calcium supplement, ask your doctor whether you can take magnesium supplements.
