Healthy Dinner Recipes. Nothing beats a hot bowl of chili to take your cold bones. When it's cold out, you need a good and warm for your warm inside. But that does not mean you can find healthyrecipes to prepare dinner is a family favorite treat. I will share with you some time, but enough for 10 to prepare. Healthy Chicken Chili
11 grams of dried white beans (pinto, navy, Great Northern)
3 stalks fresh thyme
8 stems of fresh parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
2 2 / 3 cup water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 ½ lbs. boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
1 cup dry white wine (optional)
8oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 ½ cup frozen corn (no salt added)
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup green pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 ½ tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
½ cup parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
1. Put in the microwave in Pinto beans 1 ½ liter Casserole.
2. Tie the parsley stems, bay leaves and thyme together with string.
3. Add the peanut sauce bound with ½ teaspoon of salt and water.
4. Close beans and microwave high for 30 minutes.
5. Continue cooking on medium for one hour, stirring every half hour (add water ifnecessary).
6. In a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in olive oil.
7. Add chicken, wine, and mushrooms.
8. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
9. When the bean is soft, stir in half the pot with the chicken.
10. Break the remaining beans and add to pan.
11. Add corn, peppers, chili sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
12. Boil for 20 minutes. Providing fresh chopped parsley.
