Cashew Cream Sauce

Ok, So I neglected to take many pictures recently... so just trust me on some of these recipes - they're good.

The first is a cashew cream sauce that can go on just about anything.
Here is the base:
3/4 cup cashews
1 cup almond milk

Let the nuts soak in the milk for 30-60 minutes. Pop in the blender and puree until smooth.

Yep, it's that simple! Feel free to add garlic and other spices for whatever type of dish you're making. I tossed some of this sauce over ravioli as well as falafel. I would say it keeps well for 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
